CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

• If you change your mind or cannot attend a course, you must cancel your registration AT LEAST 4 working days before the course begins. Otherwise a fee of 20 euros will be charged (or the course fee, if it is less than 20 euros).
  
• If you cancel your participation after the course has begun, or if you do not cancel at all, the whole course fee will be invoiced. This also applies to those who simply don’t show up.
• You may cancel your registration by contacting us at [email protected].
• A course fee that has already been paid will be refunded, but only if the participant cancels on time (as specified above, or with a medical certificate). In other cases, paid course fees will not be refunded.

We follow the same rules as Vasa medborgarinstitut Alma, since we co-operate arranging classes.
