Henrik and Mia are passionate swing dancers who revel in the joy of movement! Both deeply immerse themselves in the rich melodies of jazz, syncing their bodies to the music's rhythms and delving into the intricacies of partner dancing. These elements infuse their dance with joy, vitality, and creative inspiration.

Based in Umeå, they share their expertise by teaching various swing dance styles including lindy hop, authentic jazz, balboa, and collegiate shag. They prioritize solid foundations, recognizing that fostering a strong connection between partners and the music can vastly enrich the dance experience and open up new avenues for musical expression.
